A visit to the Ponderosa...

Shortly after moving to the Sacramento area, we had family come to visit, so we decided to take a tour of the Ponderosa Ranch.  This was where Bonanza was filmed.  On our visit we learned that the land had been sold and the ranch would be closing.  Such a shame, but we were lucky to get to see it.  Both my husband and I watched the series as children, so it was really great to get to see where Haus and Little Joe lived!  I'm happy to get to share some of those photo's with you!
